Report a pothole in Chichester with online form

MOTORISTS are being urged to give a council more detail when reporting potholes.

West Sussex County Council says it can respond quicker if the exact local, nearby landmarks, size and a photo are given by residents.

A new customer service centre is dealing with the reports and the council says repairs can be arranged immediately if enough information is given.

It means highway officers need to make fewer site visits to find out where the pothole is.

To make a report you can use the council’s online form at love.westsussex.gov.uk.
