Lib Dem councillor Matthew Winnington is leading efforts to get the number 15 service changed so that it drops passengers off at the ferry’s Eastney stopover.

Cllr Winnington has launched a petition which has attracted more than 400 signatures. Residents recently joined him at the ferry’s unused bus stop to highlight that it must be brought back into use. To sign the petition, visit supporttheferry.net
