Strip tease tussle sparks political row in Portsmouth

Have your say

PEOPLE in Fareham are being asked to complete a survey about 7,000 homes in the north of the town.

To help the council plan for what the new community will be like, the public are being encouraged to complete the survey answering questions about open space and recreation needs, what they would like in a new home and what they think about environmentally-friendly homes.

The development – stretching from Wickham all the way down to Wallington to the north of the M27 – has been given the green light by a government inspector, despite opposition from local residents

Councillor Keith Evans, said: ‘This survey is an excellent opportunity for people to have an initial say about what they would like in the new community.’

The survey can be completed from today until Friday, March 2.
