Portsmouth-area flooding... but where?
So far this winter, this area has escaped the appalling flooding which has hit so many parts of the north.
But we have experienced plenty of floods in the past, such as those shown in a 1968 British Pathé newsreel which you can see on our new-look website portsmouth.co.uk.
The trouble is, I can’t identify the areas under water which are featured.
Take a look at the pictures here and the film and please let me know. I know I’ll kick myself...
