Choirs and dance academies will come together for a charity show at Portsmouth Guildhall.
The Dancing with Choirs show was launched by TV actress Sarah Parish, best known for her role in Peak Practice.
It will display a mix of different dance styles with vocal choirs spanning across all genres of music.
Organised by the Wessex Heartbeat charity, which supports patients with heart conditions across Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and Sussex, the event will be raising money for two charities which support people with heart conditions.
Wessex Cardiac Centre and Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at Southampton Hospital will be the beneficiaries from the musical extravaganza.
Ms Parish and her husband, actor James Murray, lost their daughter Ella-Jayne at the age of eight months old in January 2009, after she was born with a heart defect.
Since then they set up The Murray Parish Trust, which is a strong supporter of Intensive Care Unit at Southampton General Hospital and the Wessex Heartbeat charity.
Ms Parish said: ‘It’s great to see all these wonderful singers and dancers sharing their talents to raise money for local heart patients.
‘I hope the public will also take this opportunity to raise money for the hospital while enjoying a really great night out.’
The show will be appearing at the Guildhall in February 2016.
