A MULTICULTURAL festival returns to Southsea tomorrow.

The Portsmouth Multicultural Festival runs from 10am to 6pm at Castle Field on Sunday.

Event organisers plan to hold a one-minute silence at 1pm to mark this week’s 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King’s ‘I Have a Dream’ speech.

There will be clothes stalls, ethnic crafts, advice stands, a children’s arts and crafts workshop, along with food stalls and a beer tent.
