Portsmouth water company has lowest rate of complaints, stats show
PORTSMOUTH Water has had the fewest complaints out of all water companies in England and Wales, according to statistics.
Figures released by the Consumer Council for Water show the firm had the lowest rate of written complaints per 10,000 customers, with a rate of 10.3 compared to the national average of 23.
