Portsmouth yoga teacher, 70, wins at awards night
A 70-YEAR-OLD yoga teacher picked up an award for her commitment to the community.
Oriana Taylor, from Portsmouth, was among the winners at the Churchill Awards for the over-65s. The yoga instructor won the Local Hero Award and was presented with it by Dame Esther Rantzen.
Oriana has spent 33 years working with children and adults with learning disabilities, introducing them to the benefits of yoga, relaxation and massage. She was nominated by Wave 105 listeners.
The Churchill Awards celebrate the achievements of people over 65 and their contribution to their community.
