Pub invites Portsmouth veterans to brew their own beer '“ this is how you can join

VETERANS and forces families are being given the chance to brew their own beer by a pub firm, as part of a nationwide scheme.

The event, known as Veterans Brew Day, will take place on Friday at all 21 boozers run by Brewhouse and Kitchen '“ including the one in Guildhall Walk, Portsmouth.

It is free for veterans, military personnel and their families. New brews will be revealed on November 8 before the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War.
