The department store in Commercial Road is fundraising for BBC Children In Need after raising over £2,700 for the charity last year. Manager Adam Mills said: ‘I and the team are hugely passionate about supporting good causes and Children in Need is one which always resonates with staff and customers alike.’

Stefanie Rees, commercial partnership accounts manager for Children In Need, said: ‘Stores such as Debenhams Portsmouth raise vast and greatly needed donations which are crucial in helping us support over 480,000 disadvantaged children and young people throughout the UK.’
