A TEENAGE Royal Navy reservist from Gosport who helped to keep the Commonwealth Games secure in Glasgow says she enjoyed the experience.

Able seaman Beth Piper, 19, a navy reservist who worked on security during the games, which finished yesterday said: ‘I have really enjoyed working at the Games.

‘We are supporting the police to allow it to run smoothly but we have also had the opportunity to visit the stadium and watch the opening ceremony.

‘It is a real highlight of my reserves career.’
