The eastbound carriageway between the Fishbourne Roundabout and Warblington Interchange will be closed overnight, between 8pm and 6am, Monday to Friday, for resurfacing work.

A signed diversion will be in place via the A259.

Highways England said the work is due to be complete by the end of September.

There will also be a drainage survey being carried out on the A27 Temple Bar, Chichester.

A signed diversion will be in place via the Portfield roundabout, Chichester and the Tangmere roundabout.

Highways England said: “Work to maintain road user safety by carrying out drainage surveys will start this week.” There will be non-concurrent slip road closures in place on both carriageways overnight, between 8pm and 6am, from Tuesday, September 15 for three nights.
