Roadworks cause big queues in Gosport
Overrunning roadworks were blamed for big queues in Gosport today.
Romanse traffic managers said Rowner Road was closed between the Peel Common roundabout and The Drive because of the problem.
And they reported heavy traffic northbound on Fareham Road between Wych Lane and the A27/Quay Street roundabout, with delays of 30 minutes.
Traffic was also slow northbound on Tukes Avenue due to an accident. Traffic was diverted, with delays of 30 minutes.
