SHOPPERS donated hundreds of pounds to a Rotary Club’s fundraising appeal.
Rotarians from the Rotary Club of Fareham spent the day collecting outside Sainsbury’s supermarket in Broadcut, Fareham, in aid of a breast cancer charity.
They raised £420, which will go to The Haven in Titchfield.
The Haven is a charity that helps women and their families who have been affected by breast cancer. It is due to open after extensive refurbishment later this year.
President of the Rotary Club of Fareham John Rowlinson said: ‘We are constantly amazed and delighted when we count the proceeds from our collection days at Sainsbury’s and we are grateful for the kindness of shoppers in Fareham.’
