Shoplifter sent to jail
THIEF Gary Chapman was jailed for 16 weeks by Portsmouth magistrates.
The 36-year-old, of no fixed address, admitted four charges of theft at Next and Marks and Spencer in Havant between June 9 and 18. He stole hundreds of pounds worth of clothes.
