DOZENS of people enjoyed a show put on by a choir for charity.
The 50Plus Fareham group celebrated its 26th anniversary at the concert at Holy Trinity Church, in Fareham, on Saturday.
Choir secretary Fred Bridges, 79, said: ‘It was a very good atmosphere – it was excellent.
‘It was a very mixed programme - the aim of the game was to display all the types of genres of music that we present.’
The concert included music from Oaklahoma and Phantom of the Opera.
Cash was raised for the church’s tower and clock restoration - the High Time Appeal - and for Gosport & Fareham Inshore Rescue Service and Dave Wellman Cancer Trust.
