Aquajardin in Fareham saw hundreds of people turn out for a half-term experience that let young people get up close and personal with reptiles, amphibians and invertebrate, in an event organised by Garsons in Titchfield.

Aquajardin managing director Sam Baker said: ‘It was amazing to watch how people reacted to the creatures.

‘The children were particularly brave and happy to hold them, but many of the parents preferred to look from a distance!’
