TOP bus service managers are answering passengers’ questions online.
First Bus will use Facebook and Twitter to answer commuters on February 11 between 5pm and 7pm.
Anyone can ask questions of general manager Dervla McKay, customer engagement manager Annmarie Cartlidge, customer services manager Natacha Tagholm and other managers.
Questions are welcomed on services in Portsmouth, Waterlooville, Fareham and Gosport.
Dervla Mckay said: ‘These sessions have proved invaluable in helping us engage with customers or people who want to know more about the services we operate in the Solent.’
