Spinnaker Tower will light up for World Wish Day
A LITTLE boy will light up the Spinnaker Tower on Saturday as part of World Wish Day.
Sebbie Smith, four, will be at the Portsmouth attraction with volunteers from the Make A Wish charity.
Sebbie, from Winchester, has a rare cancer-like condition called Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis. He will be using the tower as part of his wish to have a pirate-themed party while at sea.
