Talk on Spanish refugees to take place in Portsmouth
A HISTORIC talk on refugees will take place.
Portsmouth Hispanic Society is hosting a presentation entitled ‘Los Niños Vascos’ by oral historian Padmini Broomfield, which is based on the memories of people who were child refugees from the Basque region of Spain.
The event takes place in Fratton Community Centre, between 7pm-9pm this Thursday.
