150 new jobs created as M3 service station reopens after blaze
A motorway services area hit by a major fire last year is reopening on Thursday after a £20 million investment project.
Welcome Break said 150 jobs have been created at the new service station on the southbound M3 at Fleet in Hampshire.
The service station will be officially opened on September 12 by Welcome Break chief executive Robbie Bell and local Chief Fire Officer Dave Bartlett.
A temporary structure was installed following the blaze in December 2016, which destroyed the main building.
