Accident blocks one lane on Portsmouth roundabout
One lane on Portsbridge Roundabout, Hilsea, is blocked due to an accident.
Traffic is slow on London Road and Northern Parade.
An eyewitness said: ‘A woman was lying on the road having her head supported by a police officer as I drove past.’
