Collision causes temporary lane closure on M27
Severe delays are to be expected on M27 Westbound following a minor incident this morning.
Two lanes were blocked between junction 12 (Portsmouth) and Junction 11 (Fareham) but have now been reopened.
The incident happened at around 8.30am.
The average speed is currently 5pm and a 40 minute delay remains from the A3, Portsbridge Roundabout as vehicles continue to join traffic.
