Crash causes delays on A3M
An accident caused delays for drivers on the A3M today.
The crash happened in the northbound carriageway just before 7am near to the J3 turn-off for Waterlooville.
Romanse traffic managers said queues still built up back to J5 for drivers heading ointo the motorway from the A27.
