DRIVERS are facing delays on the M27 this morning due to debris on the carriageway.

Traffic is continuing to build up
All lanes between Junction 11 for Fareham and Junction 9 for Whiteley westbound were held while the debris, which is reported to have looked like blue plastic, was cleared.
