Delays from burst pipe
A BURST water main caused traffic delays on and off Hayling Island yesterday.
Portsmouth Water worked to seal a burst pipe close to the junction linking Havant Road and Victoria Road.
A spokesman for the firm said engineers assessed the problem, and were due to fix the damaged pipe by this morning.
