Delays for M27 drivers after vehicle blocks lane on roundabout
Drivers should be expecting delays on the M27 this morning as a broken down vehicle has blocked a lane on a major roundabout.
The lane is blocked southbound on the A27 Segensworth roundabout.
It has led to traffic piling up on the link road from Junction 9 of the M27.
