Drivers face long delays on A3 and M25
Drivers heading north from Portsmouth faced long rush-hour delays this morning.
Queues on the A3 began to build from Guildford as traffic struggled to get onto the clockwise carriageway of the M25 following an accident.
The crash at J11 for Chertsey caused huge tailbacks.
Highways England reported just before 8am that all lanes had reopened between J11 and the J10 link with the A3, but that long delays remained back to Junction 9.
