Haslar Bridge closed due to traffic light failure

Haslar Bridge was shut this morning when the traffic lights stopped working.

The bridge, which joins Alverstoke to the town centre, only has one lane so the flow of traffic is controlled by signals.

Engineers are on-site but it is unknown when the bridge will be re-opened.
