Hour-long delays reported on the M3 in HampshireÂ

CRASHES on a Hampshire motorway are causing delays of up to an hour.

The tailbacks start on the southbound side of the M3 near the Winchester services, which are north of Winchester. They stretch to junction 12 for Eastleigh due to the accidents '“ three separate ones have been reported to Highways England.

The vehicles have been cleared from the carriageway and delays should start to ease, but will take a while, traffic services have warned.
