Incident causes delays on A27 eastbound in Portsmouth
ONE lane was blocked on the A27 eastbound due to an incident at the Portsbridge Roundabout flyover '“ which is causing 25-minute delays.
The delays are stretching back to junction 11 on the M27, although the lane has now been cleared.
