Lights out at busy Portsmouth junction
A BUSY junction was left without working traffic lights for around two hours.
Drivers were warned to approach the lights, at the Fratton Road junction with St Mary’s Road, in Portsmouth, with caution.
The signals were out yesterday afternoon between 2.30pm and 4.30pm.
