Long delays on A3 north of Waterlooville
A ROAD traffic incident on the A3 is causing long delays between Waterlooville and Petersfield.
One lane remains blocked northbound due to the incident at the Winchester Road junction.Â
Delays are currently estimated at around 35 minutes.
