M27 lane closed due to 'medical emergency'

AN ‘medical emergency’ has caused a lane to be closed on the M27.

One lane is currently shut between Junction 4, for the M3, and Junction 3, for M271, on the westbound carriageway of the motorway.

Hampshire County Council’s ROMANSE traffic account have reported that the closure is due to a ‘medical emergency’.

They tweeted: ‘#M27 Westbound - Lane 1 CLOSED between J4/#M3 and J3/#M271 due to a medical emergency, delays on approach.’
