Paint spillage causing delays on A3(M)

A LANE is closed northbound on the A3(M) due to a paint spillage.

Drivers are told to expect delays of around 20 minutes at Junction 2 (Horndean) down to the Havant Bypass.

A clean-up of the white-lining paint is expected to take place later this morning.
