Person taken to hospital after lorry collides with two cars on Portsdown Hill

TWO cars and a lorry have been involved in a crash that left one car in a bush.

Police and ambulance crews were called to the junction of Portsdown Hill and Farlington Avenue earlier today (October 26).

A police spokesman said: '˜We were called at 12.12pm to reports of a collision on Portsdown Hill.

'˜A lorry, Nissan Micra and a Peugeot 308 were involved.'

A spokeswoman for South Central Ambulance Service said: We received a call at 12:12pm to attend Farlington Avenue to a road traffic collision. 

'˜We had two ambulance crews and an ambulance officer on scene assessing and treating one patient for a non life threatening injuries. 

'˜That patient was assessed and treated at the scene by our crews and taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital.'
