Is this really the worst example of bad parking ever seen?

IT has been widely criticised as one of the worst parking blunders ever '“ a picture of a yellow Kia Picanto parked across at least two bays with one side wedged up against another vehicle.

The picture has been shared across the internet after it was taken by a passing motorist in a Fareham town centre car park near the JJB sports store.

The driver asked Facebook readers: ‘Please share and try and get the owner of the yellow car found. One thing to damage someone’s car like that but to leave it so the owner cannot get in their car is disgusting I have just tried to console the poor owner of the red car who did not know what to do or know the area very well. Fareham car park.’

But people commenting on the post questioned whether the driver of the Kia Picanto had simply forgotten to put their handbrake on properly and it had rolled back.

Cath Marsden said: ‘I can’t believe someone would have parked like that, It is quite possible I suppose that the driver forgot to put his handbrake on and the car has rolled back!’

Kelly-Jayne Sutcliffe said: ‘It’s rather obvious that the car has rolled from the space in front by the way it’s ended up!’

And Claire Kershaw added: ‘I don’t know about anyone else but I still believe in the good old honest accident, not everyone do things just to upset others! There could take any number of reasons for what has happened. I understand the poor driver of the red car would be upset, anyone would be!’
