UPDATE: Accident on M27, junction 12 causing rush-hour delays
ALL lanes are now reopened following an accident on the M27 at junction 12 this morning, but traffic is moving slowly.
One westbound lane was blocked following the three-car collision.
The incident caused knock-on delays on the M275, the A2030, Eastern Road and the A3023 Langstone Road.
