UPDATE: Fareham road reopened after cyclist hit by car
A CYCLIST has been left with serious head injuries after an accident in Fareham.
The man, thought to be in his 20s, collided with a car at 1.10pm today in Highlands Road.
The road was closed betweeen Hillson Drive and Stow Crescent but is now open in both directions.
The cyclist was taken to Southampton General Hospital by ambulance, where he is being treated for his injuries.
