Mr Forse, 56, said: ‘Mine was the first point of contact, they went into the van in front of it and then bounced off of that and did the rest of the damage.

‘It’s just annoying but we couldn’t find out who it was.’

He added Hampshire Police were called and roads police officers were alerted but nobody came out to see the damage.

Two cars further up the road were damaged along with the vans.

He added: ‘It’s totally out of order.

‘I’m not too bothered myself - my van is only going to cost £30 to repair.

‘It’s the next door neighbour I feel sorry for’

A Hampshire police spokeswoman said: ‘We have had a report of numerous vehicles damaged by a flat bed truck with scaffolding on the back on Saturday.’
