Your chance to question bus firm managers

Questions can be asked about bus services in Portsmouth, Waterlooville, Fareham and Gosport by tweeting @FirstPortsmouth with the hashtag #tweetboss, or on facebook.com/firstportsmouth.

General manager Dervla McKay will be among those answering questions on Monday, February 22 from 5pm to 7pm, and she said she welcomed feedback from passengers.

She said: ‘These online events are a great way for us to engage with customers and people who want to know about the services we operate across our network. We value every comment made by our customers, even constructive criticism, if it helps us to improve our services and makes travelling with us a more enjoyable experience.

‘We would particularly like to hear from anybody who, during the course of the event, is travelling on one of our services and making use of the free Wi-Fi on the bus.’
