A27 westbound closed following reports of a serious accident near Chichester

There are long delays on the westbound carriageway with delays of one hour also building eastbound between Emsworth and Chichester.

Authorities have announced the road is now not expected to reopen until 12.30pm. Police have been contacted for further details.
