MOTORISTS are being urged to drive with caution after a minibus was reported to have broken down on the M27 this morning.

The incident happened at junction 8 for Windhover on the westbound exit slip.
The breakdown was reported at around 9.50am.
Highways England posted on Twitter: ‘Please drive with caution.’
