The incident happened just after 7am this morning on the B3334 westbound – on Rowner Road near Peel Common roundabout.
The accident has caused significant traffic disruption this morning with Hampshire County Council’s Twitter feed Romanse reporting there are ‘heavy delays’.

It is now being reported the crash has been cleared but delays remain.
