ALL train services between Havant and Fareham were suspended after rail authorities received reports of a ‘vulnerable person’ on the track.

Southern Rail tweeted: ‘Due to reports of a vulnerable person on the railway between Havant and Fareham, all lines are closed.

‘As a safety precaution, the power has been switched off.’

The rail company have now confirmed ‘emergency services have successfully assisted the person off the track and the power has been recharged, allowing trains to run again’.

Southern Rail have reported they expect delays to services to continue until 8pm.
