Three lanes blocked on A27 near Farlington and delays of an hour due to lorry incident

DRIVERS have been advised to find an alternative route after three lanes are blocked on the A27 due to an incident.

The eastbound carriageway is blocked between A2030 Eastern Road and the A3M, according to ROMANSE, Hampshire County Council’s road team.

Police and fire crews are at the scene and warned motorists to expect delays of up to an hour.

Earlier Hampshire Road Police team tweeted: ‘Down to one lane east Farlington until recovery can remove a lorry for us.

‘Possibly an hour before we are clear and traffic is backing up. Please use another route if you are able.’
