Traffic problems in Portsmouth ahead of Fratton Park kick-off
TRAFFIC in Portsmouth is slow today ahead of Pompey's match against Sunderland.
Two crashes, one on the M275 southbound and another in Havant Road in Drayton, are also giving drivers trouble.
Live traffic maps show there are bad delays southbound on the M275, north to south on London Road, Copnor Road, southbound in Eastern Road, Anglesea Road and Goldsmith Avenue.
Kick-off at Fratton Park is at 3pm.
Meanwhile, the M27 is shut between Junction 3, at the slip road to the M271, and Junction 4 at the turn-off for the M3, until 6am on Monday.
Roadworks will be taking place to finish the final stage of the £19 million project to replace the old Romsey Road bridge.
In a tweet, Highways England said: ‘We'll reopen the motorway by 6am on Monday morning. Please plan your journey.’
