IT IS a murky start to the day, with light cloud expected to roll into Portsmouth.

Forecasters say the day will be a breezy but dry one, with highs of seven degrees.

Travel-wise, there are no major delays reported on the roads.

Congestion had been an issue for some travelling on the A3 north, with delays reported at Hindhead Tunnel due to on-going road works.

However, these delays appeared to have eased up.

On public transport, the region’s services are running fairly smoothly with no reported delays on major routes in and out of Portsmouth.
