A BLOCKED lane on the A3M has now been cleared after a breakdown.

A broken-down vehicle between Queen Elizabeth Country Park and Buriton, North of Clanfield, had blocked one lane northbound.

But Hampshire traffic service Romanse has confirmed the road is fully open and congestion is now easing – but delays remain on approach.

Stagecoach said on Twitter: ‘07:20 #37service #Petersfield to #Havant is currently running 22 minutes late. This is due to a broken down vehicle on the A3 causing delays in the area.’
