A 16-YEAR-OLD boy was hurt in a hit-and-run.

The victim was riding his bike when it collided with a car on the northbound carriageway of Eastern Road, Portsmouth, just south of Tangier Road at about 9.30am on Tuesday.

The victim suffered an injury to his left knee.

Now police are appealing for help to trace the driver, who failed to stop at the scene .
